PROJECT DESCRIPTION

For WINE and OIL with four spouts with depression operation, possibility of filling bottles of various shapes up to a maximum height of 420 mm., 220V or 380V – 50 Hz power supply (specify when ordering) and conical sealing spouts diameter 14 mm. The depression is created by a pump which creates vacuum inside a storage tank, directly connected to the air evacuation tanks of the nozzles. During operation, the air present inside the bottles is removed and consequently the product to be bottled is aspirated. It is possible that a small quantity of product is sucked into the accumulation tank, however the machine has been designed to limit recirculation and therefore possible deterioration of the product itself to a minimum. By maneuvering the handwheel located on the top of the machine it is possible to obtain the correct height of the support surface and the spouts in relation to the height of the bottle to be filled. The filling speed is adjustable by varying the degree of opening of a special valve. Finally, each spout is equipped with an adjustment bush, which allows you to vary the conical sealing position and therefore set the right level of product inside the bottles.
