RIS1

Ideal for the isobaric bottling of wines and sparkling drinks in containers of up to 5 litres, both glass and plastic, by connecting to external pressurized tanks or to a multi-dispenser. It also allows the bottling of still wines and drinks using external pumps. Countertop Aisi 304 stainless steel structure, CE compliant control panel with simple and intuitive digital display for setting the quantities to be filled, backlighting system to display the wine level in dark bottles.

RIS2

Ideal for the isobaric bottling of wines and sparkling drinks in glass containers with a bottle diameter of up to 88 mm. and height up to 305 mm., pressure filling from autoclave, maximum pressure 6 bar (2 Nl/cycle). It also allows the bottling of wines and still drinks. Countertop Aisi 304 stainless steel structure, conical sealing spouts diam. 14 mm., electrical panel compliant with CE standards.

Operation:
Bottle lifting, pressurized gas injection and automatic product filling.
Filling is achieved by bringing the product into the upper tank by gravity in the bottle, not by the pressure difference between the initial pressurization with CO2 and the product (it is advisable that the product is almost at the same value as the initial pressurization). Pressure of 1.5 - 2.5 bar and a temperature of 0 - 3 °C are optimal for correct processing. For washing, low concentration peracetic acid can be used, approximately 0.5%. It is not allowed to use soda. A rinse water temperature of approximately 50°C is optimal, it is not possible to exceed 60°C.
