PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Made for small and medium wine producers, where a fast and precise corking operation is required. The machine is set for corks with a diameter of 22- 26 mmand a height of up to 50 mm., upon request, replacement mechanical elements are supplied for the use of corks with a diameter of up to 28 mm.

 

Structure and clamp blocks in Aisi 304 stainless steel.
Automatic cap loading.
Bottle height up to 375 mm.
Cap height up to 50 mm.

Device for creating vacuum before capping.
Device for introducing nitrogen before capping.

Possibility to choose whether to do either vacuum or nitrogen, it is not possible to do both.

The time required to cap a bottle can be quantified in 2 seconds and is strongly influenced by the operator, as is the hourly production of the machine.

 

Power supply 220V or 380V – 50 Hz (specify when ordering).
