PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Soft and delicate system for the transport of more or less dense fluids. The pump is suitable for working with liquids (wine, fruit juices, milk, oil), with semi-solid products (whole, pressed, destemmed grapes, tomato, fruit salad) or abrasive products (pomace, feed, ground, plaster, concrete).

The operating principle of this pump is based on the pressure of rotating rollers which, by progressively squeezing a rubber tube, push the product towards the outlet. The alternation between compression and relaxation of the tube generates a continuous recall of the product and consequently a constant delivery.

The advantages given by this pump are that of being able to operate avoiding oxidation, shaking, emulsions, crushing of grapes or seeds and contact between the product and the pumping element.

 

Pump body and frame in Aisi 304 stainless steel on wheels, 2 pressure rollers, flanged motor on pump supported by two bearings, plexiglass cover, support bearing, 2 compensation vessels, hose breakage detector, food-grade rubber hose (double on models PER 5 – PER 6). Electrical panel compliant with CE standards with speed variator (inverter) and reverse gear. Electric vacuum pump and vacuum switch on VC Continuous Vacuum models. Maximum working temperature +80°C.

 

The pumps with the VC Continuous Vacuum system are made up of an electric vacuum pump and a vacuum switch, which favor the total opening of the tube inside the semi-hermetically sealed case.

The result allows for greater performance in the transfer of abrasive products and less crushing of the product.
