PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Inert gas injection station
All EDO ISO R TC monoblocks are equipped with a bottled inert gas injection station prior to
filling.
- Any type of gas can be used.
- The amount of gas dispensed is easily and quickly adjustable.
- It is possible to activate or deactivate this function.
Beer tank
The tank of the filling machines is developed horizontally and is designed to ensure maximum
sanitisation and total lack of contact between beer and air. Its main features are:
- All connections are made with sanitary type fittings.
- Easy cleaning thanks to a removable large-diameter sight glass.
- Easy adaptability to different bottle sizes as the tank is height adjustable.
- Inert gas inlet tap to prevent any possible oxidation.
- Manometer
- Electro level which directly controls the beer feed pump.
- Total drain tap with ground connection to avoid soiling the machine floor.
Multifunctional taps
The taps on EDO ISO R TC filling machines are extremely simple and functional.
- They are connected to the tank by means of a Clamp-type sanitary connection.
- They can be easily removed from the tank for easier cleaning.
- Easy adjustment of levels.
- Suitable for filling beer as well as still, sparkling or sparkling wine.
- Stainless steel electro-valve for filling product into bottles.
KIT ISO + VACUUM’ module
The EDO 6 ISO R TC monobloc is prepared for beer processing and enables the various stages of isobaric filling:
- Vacuum creation before pressurising the bottle.
- Pressurisation of bottles to the same pressure as the beer to be bottled.
- Filling and evacuation of pressurisation gas.
- Final depressurisation.
Rotary crown capping machine
A rotary crown capping station is provided on EDO ISO R TC monoblocks. The main features are:
- Automatic distribution of caps via vibrating cup
- Closing of crown caps Ø 26 mm. or 29 mm.
Pneumatic system
All movements are controlled by a pneumatic system made with Pneumax components.
Pneumax components, it comprises:
- Electro valves
- Actuator cylinders with flow regulators and end positioners
- Compressed air pressure reducer
- Inertisation gas pressure reducer
Electrical panel
The electrical panel, manufactured to CE standards, is located inside the machine and interfaces with the operator
by means of a front panel built directly into the structure of the machine. It comprises:
- Siemens PLC with LOGO TDE control keyboard
- simple and intuitive user interface that guides the operator through the various adjustment phases.
- Power socket for connecting the beer feed pump.
