PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The TPGB 400 rotary monoblock is able to carry out capping with cork or plastic caps, both flush with the bottle neck and mushroom-shaped, in addition to the distribution and closing of the cages.
Machine structure
The machine is mounted on a sturdy carbon steel frame whose upper part is covered in stainless steel. It consists of:
- Stainless steel support uprights.
- Removable lower casings in stainless steel.
- Large plexiglass doors equipped with safety switches to block the machine when opening.
- Adjustable feet.
- Chain conveyor belt for automatic bottle handling. Towing excluded.
- Width-adjustable conveyor belt guides.
- Optional: possible towing table and accumulation of full bottles.
Rotary capping machine
The TPGB monoblocks include a capping station that can apply cork or plastic caps flush with the bottle neck, or mushroom caps. The main features are:
- Bottle feeding by star.
- Torque limiting clutch to release rotation in the event of blockage.
- Rotation speed regulation via inverter.
- Capping head with stainless steel dowels.
- Cap dimensions with max 31,5 mm. diameter and height up to 50 mm.
- Pneumatic cap feeding system with cap reserve alarm.
Distribution and closing station for cages
This station provides for the distribution and closing of the cages and includes:
- Adjustable cage storage.
- Adjustable pneumatic distribution fork.
- Cap presence sensor for distribution activation.
- Magnetic star for cage alignment.
- Cap presence sensor for cage closing activation.
- Pneumatically operated closing station.
Electrical panel
The electrical panel, made to CE standards, is placed inside the machine and interfaces with the operator via a front panel obtained directly in the machine structure. It includes:
- Siemens PLC with LOGO TDE control keyboard.
- Simple and intuitive user interface that guides the operator through the various adjustment phases.
- Power socket for connecting the wine supply pump.
