Suitable for in-line insertion, for adhesive labels, production 600-2,000 bottles/hour with 0.75 ml bottles (1,500 bottles/hour with roller), with the following features:

Linear labelling machine.
Conveyor belt for insertion into a bottling line.
Paper rewinding synchronized with the distribution speed.
Labelling units equipped with a friction system for optimal tension of the label tape.
Labelling units adjustable in height and inclination, for easy adaptation to different types of bottles.
No. 2 labelling units to apply a body label plus a back label in adhesive on two separate rolls.
Rear head for applying the sparkling wine wrap-around collar with different centering systems respectively on the label or on the capsule.
Maximum no. 4 stations.

MADDI labelling machines are characterised by their simple but functional features, their aesthetic impact and their compact structure. Thanks to the electronic devices, the height indicators for the labels, the rotating reel holder plates and the work programmer, the result of perfect labelling is guaranteed, reducing registration times to a minimum. Furthermore, comfortable and smooth use is ensured as most of the adjustments are memorised and programmed at the first operation and carried out automatically with the subsequent bottles. The machines are all built in solid satin-finish Aisi 304 stainless steel. The machine requires compressed air, consumption 50 NL/Min at 6 Bar.
