PROJECT DESCRIPTION
LF12 KEGS WASHER
Made of stainless steel, stainless steel pumps with Teflon seals, stainless steel pneumatic valves, Telemecanique electrical equipment. The machine carries out 1 wash and CO2 injection.
Operation is semi-automatic managed by PLC.
Machine connections:
1. Mains water
2. Electrical connection 400V - 50 Hz
3. Electrical absorption 2.5 kW
4. Compressed air
5. CO2
The cycle is composed as follows:
• Manual attachment of the drums (n° 2 per cycle)
• Start cycle
• From this moment the cycle is totally automatic
• It begins with the opening of the drain valves to empty the drums of any residues
• An initial passage of mains water and relative emptying via compressed air
• Pump 1 start for a wash with alkaline based detergent preheated to 80°C with electric resistance
• Water drain in tank 1 and detergent recovery, blowing with compressed air
• Mains water opening for final rinse
• Discharge of disposable water and blowing with compressed air
• Injection of CO2 gas into the drums up to the desired pressure
• Green light turns on which identifies the end of the wash and that the steps have been carried out successfully
• Manual detachment of the stems
From this moment the drum washer is ready for a new cycle.
The cycle lasts approximately 4 minutes therefore approximately 30 30 liter drums per hour are washed and disinfected.
Dimensions 1200x800x900 mm.
Weight 180 kg.
