PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Made entirely of Aisi 304 stainless steel, equipped with a PYREX tank (borosilicate glass) and high efficiency and precision stainless steel filling nozzles. Ideal for bottling wine and other types of liquids such as oil, cider, beer and non-carbonated distillates, in glass containers. When the bottle is placed under the filler, the fluid is sucked in by the vacuum created inside it, with no contact between the liquid and the pumps or mechanical components. Filling level adjustment with automatic stop, comfortable height adjustment with gas spring. Vacuum gauge and external manifold easy to clean/sanitize.

Also available is the RB version specially created for beer, with dosing syringe and built-in crown capper. The dosing syringe is professional and self-refilling for filling the bottle, there is also a dedicated glass tank for the priming solution in order to allow a practical and reliable dosing phase. The capping machine for crown caps is simple and fast, a system of levers guarantees perfect closure with minimal effort.
