Consisting of an isobaric filler/capper/caging machine in a single frame.

 

The new EDO 6 ISO TPGB SA monobloc is able to bottle both still and sparkling wines, or

sparkling wines and beer. It has a series of innovative features that make it particularly suitable to satisfy

the needs of small and medium-sized wineries.

 

Machine structure

The machine is mounted on a sturdy carbon steel frame whose upper part is covered in steel

stainless steel. It is made up of:

 

  • Stainless steel filling machine casing support uprights.
  • Removable lower, side and rear casing of the filler in stainless steel.
  • Large front door in plexiglass equipped with a safety switch to block the machine when opening.
  • Door lock prevents opening with pressurized bottles.
  • Stainless steel base on wheels.

 

Wine tank

The filler tank develops horizontally and is designed to guarantee maximum sanitization and total lack of contact between wine and air. Its main features are:

 

  • All connections are made with sanitary type fittings.
  • Easy cleaning thanks to a removable large diameter sight glass.
  • Easy adaptability to different bottle sizes as the tank is height adjustable.
  • Inert gas inlet tap to avoid any possible oxidation.
  • Gauge
  • Electro level that directly controls the wine supply pump.
  • Total drain tap with ground connection to avoid dirtying the machine floor.

 

Multifunctional taps

The taps of the EDO 6 ISO TPGB SA monoblock fillers are extremely simple and functional.

 

  • They are connected to the tank by means of a Clamp type sanitary connection .
  • They can be easily removed from the tank for easier cleaning.
  • Easy adjustability for level adjustment.
  • They are designed to fill still, sparkling, spumante or beer wine.
  • Stainless steel electro valve for product introduction into the bottle.

 

“ISO KIT” module

The EDO 6 ISO TPGB SA monobloc is designed to process still and sparkling wines, or beer. The “KIT ISO” module allows you to carry out, with manual control, the various phases of isobaric filling:

 

  • Pressurizing the bottles to the same pressure as the wine to be bottled.
  • Filling and evacuation of pressurization gas.
  • Final depressurization.

 

Corking machine

The EDO 6 ISO TPGB SA monoblocks include a capping station that can apply cork or plastic caps flush with the bottle neck or mushroom. The main features are:

 

  • Capping head with stainless steel dowels.
  • Bottle rest area before and after the corker.
  • Cap sizes with diameter 23-30 mm. and height up to 50 mm.

 

Cage closing station

This station provides for the closing of the cages, it includes:

 

  • Pneumatically operated closing station.
  • Bottle rest area before and after the station.

 

 

Pneumatic system

All movements are managed by a pneumatic system which includes:

 

  • Actuator cylinders with flow regulators.
  • Compressed air pressure reducer.
  • Inert gas pressure reducer.

 

Controls and electrical panels

Controls and electrical panels are made to CE standards.
