PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Microfiltration before bottling (coldbiologicalstabilization) is one of the mostcritical moments of production, asitconstitutes the last processing phasebeforeplacing the product on the market.

 

The HE microfiltration housings are pressure chamber filters in whichitispossible to insertmicrofiltrationcartridges of various porosities, depending on needs (cartridgesnotincluded in the supply). Based on the microns of the cartridge, intermediate filtration can be achieved with pre-filtrationcartridgesuntilsterilizingfiltrationisachieved, usingcartridges with a porosity of 0.45 microns for the finalfiltration.

 

The filters consist of a bell. in Aisi 316 stainlesssteel with bayonet connection (226 code 7), polishedexternal and internal finish, 10 bar pressure resistance, ½” tubularsight glass, ½” stainlesssteel pressure gauge in glycerinebath with ¼” stainless steel valve for pressure control, inlet/outlet connections with DIN25 femalevalves and support legs. Housings with cartridge housing with straight connection are alsoavailable.

 

Depending on the flow rate of the product to be filtered, the microfiltration housing isdesigned for a variablenumber of cartridges (from 1 to 18). In the standard version the housing has a height of 750 mm. butit can also be supplied, on request, with heights of 250 mm. – 500 mm. – 1000 mm.

 

It can be installedindividually or in series, according to the customer’sneeds. The availablehousingsallowyou to insert 1-3-5-8-12-18 cartridges inside them.
