PROJECT DESCRIPTION

WASHING MACHINE 12

The machine is equipped with a single station in which the bottles are brought to the various washing and drying positions by a central star which rotates with an intermittent movement.
In the first phase we find the washing of the cap simultaneously with the washing of the bottom of the bottle, by means of rotating brushes; in this position the bottle does not rotate on its vertical axis to obtain an excellent result. This is followed by washing of the body, where the bottles are clamped one by one, between the plate and the head, which allow them to rotate against the brush, all wet by appropriately directed nozzles, with disposable water.

In the second phase, bottle drying takes place, by means of a mobile jet of compressed air that works exclusively on the cap and neck while the bottle rotates on its axis.
To complete the operation, the bottles pass through the drying tunnel between the two blowers (stainless steel) located at the edge of the conveyor belt, powered by a high-pressure fan.
During the drying process, the bottle rotates on itself (vertical axis) in order to totally eliminate the water.
totally eliminate the water.
The machine is constructed entirely of AISI 304 stainless steel or material not subject to deterioration in contact with water.
Complete with operator safety guards.
The machine thus supplied is to be considered independent, and is therefore equipped with a drive motor and perforated acetal resin chain to prevent water from being dispersed to other machines.
It requires connection to the water mains, electricity and compressed air.

Variable output via electric inverter from 300 to 1200 effective bottles/hour

Technical specifications:
Hourly water consumption: 40-60 l/hour
Installed power: 5 kW
Compressed air connection: coupling with quick coupling pipe 10
