Suitable for in-line insertion, for adhesive labels, maximum production 800 bottles / hour with 0.75 ml bottles, having the following characteristics:

 

• Frame in satin-finished Aisi 304 stainless steel on fixed feet.
• 2 labelling units to apply a body label plus a back label in adhesive on the sameroll or on two separate rolls.
• Maximum 2 stations.
• Wrap-around accident prevention protections in plexiglass compliant with CE standards.
• Stepper motors .
• Final collection plate 50×40 cm. and maximum towing up to 2 stations.
• Fixed speed.
• Worktop from 1000 mm. approx.

MADDI labelling machines are characterised by their simple but functional features, their aesthetic impact and their compact structure. Thanks to the electronic devices, the height indicators for the labels, the rotating reel holder plates and the work programmer, the result of perfect labelling is guaranteed , reducing registration times to a minimum. Furthermore, comfortable and smooth use is ensured as most of the adjustments are memorised and programmed at the first operation and carried out automatically with the subsequent bottles. The machines are all built in solid satin-finish Aisi 304 stainless steel .The machine requires compressed air, consumption 50 NL/Min at 6 Bar.
