Suitable for inline insertion,for adhesive labels, production 600-1,800 bottles / hour with 0.75 ml bottles (1,200 bottles /hour with roller ), with the following characteristics:

 

Linear labelling machine.

Conveyor belt for insertion into a bottling line.

Paper rewinding synchronized with the distribution speed.

Labelling units equipped with a friction system for optimum tension of the label web.

Labelling units adjustable in height and inclination, for easy adaptation to different types of bottles.

No. 2 labelling units to apply a body label plus an adhesive back label on two separate rolls.

Maximum 3 stations.

Manual speed regulation.

Label start signal with high sensitivity fork photocell.

Wrap-around accident prevention protections in plexiglass compliant with CE standards.

Frame in satin-finished Aisi 304 stainless steel on fixed feet.

Minimum label dimensions 30 mm. x 30 mm.

Maximum label height 150 mm.

Boxed dim . 100 xh 100 mm. for the passage of the chain.

Machine complete with chain, motor for towing and bottle accumulation plate at the exit size 450 x 500 mm.

MADDI labelling machines are characterised by their simple but functional features, their aesthetic impact and their compact structure. Thanks to the electronic devices, the height indicators for the labels, the rotating reel holder plates and the work programmer, the result of perfect labelling is guaranteed , reducing registration times to a minimum. Furthermore, comfortable and smooth use is ensured as most of the adjustments are memorised and programmed at the first operation and carried out automatically with the subsequent bottles. The machines are all built in solid satin-finish Aisi 304 stainless steel .The machine requires compressed air, consumption 50 NL/Min at 6 Bar.
