PROJECT DESCRIPTION

The TERMOCONTROL temperature control panels, combined with our refrigeration units or with an existing system, allow the control of fermentation temperatures with hot/cold function. They are designed to control multiple tanks simultaneously and are complete with:

 

• Metal case with IP 55 protection rating painted with epoxy resins.
• General door lock switch.
• Fuse protection of auxiliary circuits.
• No-clean contacts for pump enable (in number equal to the tanks to be managed).
• 24 V outputs for solenoid valve power supply (in number equal to the tanks to be managed).
• 3/4” motorized solenoid valves with 24 V head (in a number equal to the tanks to be managed).
• Single interface relay for hot/cold consents.
• Three-digit electronic temperature controllers with the following characteristics:

 

IP67 probe with 1.5 m NTC 100 sensor, connectable without compensation cables up to 100 metres, operating temperature -50°C/120°C.

Power supply 220 V with transformer.

Maximum measurable temperature 100 °C.

Minimum resolution 0.1 °C.

Possibility of calibration if the probe is installed at more than 100 metrione linear meter.
