GIOIA 30R:

Made of Aisi 304 stainless steel on wheels, semi-centrifugal, complete with rubber roller group with external adjustment (maximum opening 50 mm and possibility of excluding them, not dismantling them) which allow delicate processing. Destemmer axis with stainless steel spatulas, perforated sheet metal grid, collection tank with central outlet and electrical control panel compliant with CE standards. The machine can be easily dismantled for quick and convenient access to the internal parts, both for maintenance and cleaning. Without pump.

GIOIA 40R:
Made of Aisi 304 stainless steel on wheels, complete with mechanical speed variator for the destemmer axis, destemmer axis with stainless steel spatulas, perforated sheet metal grill and electric control panel compliant with CE standards. Possibility of adding roller group and must collection tank (optional). The feeding is regulated by a screw located in the receiving hopper, the grapes are then taken up by the destemmer axis which rotates inside the perforated grid made with countersunk holes, which avoid tearing the stems. The working speed is variable and adjustments can be made to obtain whole grapes which, falling on rubber rollers with very small teeth, ensure adequate pressing. The machine can be easily dismantled for quick and convenient access to the internal parts, both for maintenance and cleaning. Legs adjustable in height up to + 240 mm. Without pump.

GIOIA 70:
Centrifuges, built entirely in AISI 304 stainless steel, are mounted on wheels equipped with brakes and the components are all of high quality. Height-adjustable legs, speed variator that regulates the revolutions of the destemming axis and the drum, allowing to optimize destemming with different types of grapes. Second speed variator which regulates the revolutions of the grape feeding auger. Possibility of recovering the must flower. Destemmer axis equipped with rubber paddles adjustable in height and inclination, possibility of adding a roller group and must collection tank (optional). The roller group, equipped with adjustable rubber rollers, is smooth and can also be excluded if you want to eliminate the pressing phase.Practical system for dismantling the drum and the destemmer shaft to facilitate cleaning. Electrical panel compliant with CE standards. Legs adjustable in height up to + 240 mm.
