PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Elliptical rotor type pump for transferring whole or crushed grapes, fresh or fermented marc. Aisi 304 stainless steel pump body on wheels, designed for pipe diam. 80-100-120 mm. depending on the model, complete with elliptical rotor in high-resistance thermoplastic material, anti-vibration device that allows high stability of parking during work and electrical panel in compliance with CE standards. The product is introduced by the auger into the pump body, where the combined action of the rotor and the perimeter shim valve pushes it towards the outlet. The product is transferred by compression and not by centrifugal force, thus obtaining a high final quality. In the event that the pump is used with high heads or long distances, it is advisable to combine it with a compensation vessel (optional) to reduce stress and increase stability.
