PROJECT DESCRIPTION

It solves the problem of crushing stalks produced by destemmers with production up to 20,000 kg/hour, a large machine in a small space.

Thanks to its innovative structure, it condenses a powerful cutting section and an effective product evacuation system into a minimum space, which is directly loaded onto a normal palletized container without any intervention by the operator.

It works next to the destemmer from which it receives the stalks directly and in a path of just 1.5 m. it deposits them finely crushed in the collection container, via an inspectable conveyor belt.

The particular modular construction architecture allows it to be easily adapted to the discharge mouth of any crusher. With an installed power of just 1.5 kW, it can be powered directly by the crusher and is supplied complete with all the devices necessary to work in complete safety, in compliance with the Machinery Directive.
