PROJECT DESCRIPTION
Used during the bottling phase for the in-line and continuous dosing of additives, in a uniform manner, they are built with technologically advanced electronic components and guarantee maximum functionality. The additives are added with precision, with uniform and guaranteed results for each bottle. Single or double dosing up to 200 strokes per minute.
DISPE-1 (GUM ARABIC AND SULPHUR WITH 1 PUMP)
Possibility to dose 1 product at a time.
- No. 1 High precision electromagnetic dosing pump, membrane controlled by microprocessor, with the following characteristics:
Flow rate from 0 to 1.52 cc. per stroke with constant pressure of 2 bar
Flow rate from 0 to 1.20 cc. per stroke with constant pressure of 4 bar
Pumping frequency from 1 to 180 strokes per minute
Liquid density not exceeding 1.2 g/cm3
- Pump tested by TUV-GS and approved according to DIN-VDE 0700 with screening class B according to DIN-VDE 8071.
- Very versatile device in terms of adjustments and flow rates.
- Sterilizable with hot water or non-vaporizable chemicals.
- Injection frequency can be set directly from the flowmeter display, for example 1 pulse per liter of wine. Constant and continuous display of the hourly feed flow rate of the filler.
