PROJECT DESCRIPTION

They allow the storage tanks to be inertized in order to reduce the percentage of oxygen in contact with the product, by means of the introduction of nitrogen in gaseous form. Nitrogen is mainly used to prevent oxidation, which causes a deterioration in the quality of the product that undergoes alterations in color, aromas and flavor. 

The NITRO nitrogen distribution systems have a number of outlets equal to the tanks they will serve, they must be connected to them and to a nitrogen cylinder. Made of Aisi 304 stainless steel, they are complete with: 

- First stage reducer to be mounted on the nitrogen cylinder (cylinder excluded). 
- Second stage reducer mounted on the system with valve and tube for connection to the first stage reducer. 
- Double-acting stainless steel safety valve calibrated at 35 millibar in pressure and 5 millibar in depression, with 
natural O-Ring seals, mounted directly on the system. 
- Pressure gauge 0-100 m/bar.
- Rilsan 10 stainless steel outlet valves for connection to tanks (Rilsan pipes excluded).
- Extension to manage more users in the future.

Models available to manage from 1 to 30 tanks.
