PROJECT DESCRIPTION
AZO PLUS nitrogen generators are built according to the P.S.A. (Pressure Swing Adsorption) operating principle and are composed of a minimum of two adsorbers filled with molecular sieve.
The adsorbers are alternately crossed by compressed air, previously treated to eliminate oil, humidity and dust, producing nitrogen. While a container is crossed by compressed air, producing gas, the other is regenerated by making it release the previously adsorbed gases at atmospheric pressure. The process is repeated cyclically. The generators are managed by a PLC while the purity of the gas produced can be analyzed online using an oxygen analyzer (Optional).
The air compressor is not included in the supply. Elimination of costs and inconveniences of cylinders, ease of use and high purity.
