PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Semi-automatic, designed for small and medium wine producers where a fast and precise corking operation is required. The machine is set for straight corks with a diameter of 22- 26 mmand a height of up to 50 mm., upon request, replacement mechanical elements are supplied for the use of corks with a diameter of up to 28 mm.

 

The capping operation involves tightening the cap inside a clamp made up of four blocks of Aisi 304 stainless steel. The final diameter to which the cap is tightened is set to a value of 16 mm., it is possible to reduce this diameter up to 15 mm. adapting well to the use of caps in synthetic material.

The machine is equipped with a container for collecting the caps, inside which there is a mechanical mixer that ensures their correct orientation. The mechanical parts subject to greater movements are supported by recirculating ball elements, ensuring limited wear and great reliability over time. Bottles of various sizes can be capped up to 390 mm. in height.

 

The time required to cap a bottle can be quantified in 2 seconds and is strongly influenced by the operator, as is the hourly production of the machine.
