PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Made of Aisi 304 stainless steel, ideal for medium productions. Bags from 1 to 28 liters can be used with a format compatible with the machine support surface which measures 600 x 600 mm. The filling operations are carried out automatically and involve the evacuation of air from the bag, the influx of product and the subsequent introduction of nitrogen. The removal and insertion of the cap are carried out manually using a lever while the quantity of product is to be set via an electronic display and is measured by impeller liter counters.

 

The standard machine is supplied in the bench version without filling pump; it is however equipped with an electrical socket to which an external pump must be connected which will activate automatically. The time required to pack a 3 liter bag can be quantified as 12 – 14 seconds and the supply of compressed air is required. Dimensions: 980×600 xh 1650 mm., weight approximately 75 kg.
