PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Made of Aisi 304 stainless steel, height-adjustable frame on wheels, complete with non-toxic PVC belt for food use, a drive roller and a return roller to obtain the longitudinal movement of the transport belt, electrical panel with inverter to quickly vary the product advancement speed.

 

They are intended for the manual or mechanical sorting of whole or destemmed grapes harvested by hand in order to eliminate all unwanted parts, such as rotten grapes and bunches, unripe bunches, leaves and other foreign bodies. The grapes advance thanks to the vibration of the work surface obtained through the combined action of special motors.

The surface can be drilled halfway along its length and allows excess liquid to be recovered from an underlying tank equipped with DIN50 fittings.

Special metal dividers, easily removable, can be placed alongside the table to facilitate the forwarding and sorting of the rejected product from that which requires further processing.

The electrical panel equipped with an electronic speed variator (inverter) allows a rapid change in the advancement speed of the product.

The machine is on wheels to facilitate movement and is equipped with four anti-vibration feet adjustable in height, according to the needs of the operators or machinery on the line.

It is easy to clean, extremely silent and does not require particular maintenance.
