The application of the reverse osmosis technique allows to obtain the concentration of musts and wines.

 

The OSMOMET system, developed by ENOMET in collaboration with a major membrane manufacturer based in the United States of America, optimizes this process making it easily accessible to all types of wine producers.

 

Technical features:

 

  • Concentration of musts and wines in particular vintages.
  • Simple management, without the need to set up special systems in the cellar.
  • Once started up, the system immediately begins to carry out the work for which it was programmed, with the possibility of working continuously 24 hours a day.
  • Highly efficient, easy-to-clean 4” or 8” spiral wound membranes.
  • Membrane containers in Aisi 316 stainless steel
  • Oversized pre-filter to ensure maximum membrane effectiveness duration.
  • Structure entirely in Aisi 304 stainless steel on wheels measuring 2350x900x h 2000 mm.
  • Low pressure volumetric feed pump.
  • Original CAT USA high pressure pump with low rpm and high flow rate, working pressure 70 bar.
  • Low pressure circuit safety devices.

  • Original USA high pressure stainless steel fittings.
