PROJECT DESCRIPTION
The application of the reverse osmosis technique allows to obtain the concentration of musts and wines.
The OSMOMET system, developed by ENOMET in collaboration with a major membrane manufacturer based in the United States of America, optimizes this process making it easily accessible to all types of wine producers.
Technical features:
- Concentration of musts and wines in particular vintages.

- Once started up, the system immediately begins to carry out the work for which it was programmed, with the possibility of working continuously 24 hours a day.
