PROJECT DESCRIPTION

Used for clarifying wine after fermentation in the bottle, they allow the necks to be frozen in order to eliminate the deposits accumulated in the upper part near the cork. By freezing the part of the wine containing the lees, they allow for easy evacuation when the crown cork is subsequently removed, making them an indispensable tool for producers of wine with the Classic Method.

Refrigeration appliances equipped with a stainless steel tank filled with non-toxic glycol (55% of the weight), cooled to a temperature settable -25°Con the appropriate thermostat. A grid with circular holes equipped with a special rubber gasket is positioned above this tank, into which the bottles are inserted upside down. The part of the neck of the bottle immersed in the glycol at -25°C/30°C freezes quickly (about 2 minutes) allowing for quick elimination of the dregs collected in the frozen part when the bottle is turned upside down. A special stirrer keeps the temperature of the glycol uniform by constantly stirring it. Electronic thermostat for temperature control and stainlesssteel frame mounted on wheels. Ready to operate and without special maintenance. Available in the versions 3-7-10-32-60-90-130-160-190 stations.
