PROJECT DESCRIPTION
MINI GAZ nitrogen generators are built according to the PSA (Pressure Swing Adsorption) operating principle and are composed of a minimum of two adsorbers filled with molecular sieve. They have a built-in air compressor. This compressor is of the “oil-free” type. This type of compressor produces oil-free air, ensuring a longer life of the nitrogen self-production system. The air produced is passed through a copper coil, cooled by a fan and into a centrifugal filter equipped with a float discharger. The air compressor is managed directly by the electronic board of the nitrogen generator. This allows us to operate the compressor only when there is nitrogen production. The compressed air thus produced is sent to the system and alternately placed in the adsorbers. While this is happening, the molecular sieve absorbs the oxygen present in the air and lets the nitrogen pass through. While one adsorber produces, the other regenerates. Everything is controlled and managed by an electronic board of our own design and construction. All sensitive data is displayed on the appropriate display.
